First let me say that all the information in this is for educational purposes only, as well this information was gathered from various sites and has been tested to work fine for me.

Step 1) Obtain a US Visa number (if you don’t have one)

Here is what you need to do:

1. Open EntroPay website and click on Signup now link on the right side of the page.
2. Select USD as Account Currency and your country as Country.
3. Fill in the rest of the form using a real billing address of a credit card you are going to use
   to fund the virtual Visa card.
4. On the next screen fill in the details of the credit card you will use to fund the virtual Visa card.
   Continue to the funding screen.

We recommend funding $20 to start with – you can always add more later.

You might receive an email from EntroPay asking for additional documents to validate your account.

They can ask for a front/back of the credit card you used as a funding source, copy of the credit card statement with the billing address and a photo ID such as driver license.

You can fax the info to them or scan it to electronic format. We do not recommend emailing the scanned documents. Instead open a new ticket with them asking to verify the account and attach the scanned documents in a secure environment.

EntroPay is very responsive and should activate your new virtual Visa account in a couple of hours.

Now you have got a brand new Visa debit card to use with Netflix.

Step 2: Sign up for UnBlock-us.com service ($5 US a month, however there is a free 1 week trial)

once signed up, setup, (change your DNS to their DNS servers on you computer (guides here)). Test the setup before signing up with Netflix as they check your geographical location on signup.

Step 3: Register your netflix account

Fill in your name and any US address (you can simply google any real address) if you are using EntroPay Visa card. As you are not using DVD mailing service anyway the address does not matter.

Continue filling in your EntroPay virtual credit card details. Please use the same address you used on the previous screen.
